Volunteer with the Friends!

The Friends of the Ann Arbor District Library (FAADL) is made up of a very dedicated group of local booklovers who believe in supporting our amazing library system and giving our community access to books and other materials at very affordable prices. As a growing, dynamic organization, we need a lot of help! Please see below for our current available volunteer opportunities. We ask that all volunteers* be able to commit to a regular weekly 3-hour shift for a minimum of 6 months. Volunteers must also have access to email for communication purposes and have reliable transportation. If you are interested in volunteering with FAADL, please reach out to our director, Rachel Pastiva, at faadldirector@gmail.com.

*Book Shop volunteers must be able to commit to at least two 3-hour shifts a month.
