The Friends Book Shop will be opening at our new location on Saturday, September 28th. We will be open Saturdays only and our book shop hours will be 10 am to 4 pm. 

FAADL is accepting donations at our new location* at 265 Parkland Plaza during the following times:

Wednesday-Sunday 1 pm to 4 pm

*We are no longer accepting donations at the Downtown AADL

The Friends of the Ann Arbor District Library is a nonprofit organization which strives to be a valuable resource to our community by providing access to gently used books and other items at very low prices. Not only does this allow us to donate money to the Ann Arbor District Library for special programming, it gives community members the opportunity to build personal libraries that educate and inspire them, and teaches children the important role books can play in their lives.
